Not sure how to lose it, usual exercises prob won't cut it. I'm not sure doing abdominal training will help it even if the fat's there, am I supposed to sweat it through running and stuff till I'm exhausted, and checking my diet to keep it healthy?

1) I accept UU only. 2) I accept 6v6. 3) What level range? 100 is, of course, standard. 4) What restrictions? Shall we just go off Smogon's standard UU rules? 5) What are punishments? We shall make this a gentleman's Pokemon duel of honor.

i wish i had a TL jacket to pump me up Its so painful failing to lift what i used to be able to before ~1.5years slacking but i've lowered the weight to keep proper form and I have been steadily ramping up. But during my slack time apparently my non dominant arm suffered more, yesterday was back and bi's and stretching this morning makes my left arm hurt much more than my right. Would you guys have any recommendations for my schedule? I do a 4 day rotation. -Chest/Tri -Back/Bi -Legs -Shoulders (this day i do more cardio and other stuff like core and forearms) I try and make it to the gym 4 days a week but i often fail, how much am i suffering by ignoring a group for ~1.5 - almost 2 weeks? On each day I do large muscle group then small muscle group but I was wondering is it really better to do like: chest, chest, chest, tri, tri, tri exercises as opposed to chest, tri, chest, tri, chest, tri. It feels like it would give me more rest time but I always understood the former way was more correct. It would help you tone your stomach tho. Running doesn't burn as much fat as lifting either because lifting will increase your metabolism for longer. I understand that "sweating it out" doesn't have long term weight loss benefits apart from the normal benefits of doing w.e. it is that makes you sweat and the detox benefits. your body wants to maintain a certain hydration level so unless you are going for a weigh in dehydrated like a fighter you can't lose "water weight" that way? someone correct me if i'm wrong I want to know for sure too. Diet is the most important part of losing fat overall probably. but a good lift will keep you burning calories for a good while. look how ripped these guys are + Show Spoiler + ![]()

Having a lighter muscle day with more cardio is pretty good for overall benefit. Going 3/3 with muscle groups rather than 1/1/1/1/1/1 provides more benefit. That little rest period allows you to recuperate, but you get the most gain when your muscles get exhausted and have to push through the sets (without compensating with other muscle groups, of course). I'm not sure if there's like a study or measured difference between the two, though.

They or at least certain cards will be printed for collectors and be sold for an absurd amount because they aren't meant to be used normally.
