And definitely no Shelke. Inapprop.
Spoiler - no it won't. You'll just get more used to being perpetually sore.
Yeah, especially since every week the program has it turned up a knotch, so I'll probably be perma-sore. Thinking about adding light swimming to my regimen, but not sure if it'll be too much for my body or not.

Not a bad idea. If you do, make it a light swim. Swimming is really good as rehab, it provides enough resistance to build up muscle fibers and tendons, it's great for core, and it's low to no impact.

Not quite. Specifically 97 in the court judgement states that:
However, that would not be the case if it appeared, for particular reasons, such as the role played by the data subject in public life, that the interference with his fundamental rights is justified by the preponderant interest of the general public in having, on account of inclusion in the list of results, access to the information in question.
The issue of interest of the general public raises a test of relevance that would necessitate that the applicant can demonstrate the need for overriding the interests of general public and that of the search operator. Where this requirement can be demonstrated to be met, the court states that an individual can exercise their right under Article 7 and 8 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
Or, as the court judgement puts it:
As the data subject may, in the light of his fundamental rights under Articles 7 and 8 of the Charter, request that the information in question no longer be made available to the general public on account of its inclusion in such a list of results, those rights override, as a rule, not only the economic interest of the operator of the search engine but also the interest of the general public in having access to that information upon a search relating to the data subject’s name. However, that would not be the case if it appeared, for particular reasons, such as the role played by the data subject in public life, that the interference with his fundamental rights is justified by the preponderant interest of the general public in having, on account of its inclusion in the list of results, access to the information in question.

It's the distance where only 400m runners are good at it, because dedicated sprinters can't keep it up for 400m, but dedicated distance runners aren't fast enough. I'd throw 800m in there with it as well probably.

Yeah I didn't reallt feel like I was tested. The question on nanotechnology for instance feels more like an etymology/semantics sort of question.

Should I do the swimming on off days then? I just don't want to over strain my muscle

That's what I'd suggest at least. Use it as a way to get your muscles moving a bit rather than a work out. Even if you just float around and tread water for a little while, you definitely don't want to over strain
Your body has a pool of energy it can devote to training, if you overexpend you will likely experience detrimental overtraining effects. Usually for beginners its recommended to only do rigorous exercise 3x a week with time in between to recuperate if you want the best results. Over time you can expand your "pool" to be able to do more activities more frequently. It's best to add things slowly and be conscious of how your body is feeling and adapting to the increased activity.

Glad I can be of some use. I don't have a ton of experience with weight lifting, but I'm very familiar with many different body weight resistance work outs (although, admittedly more geared specifically to gymnastics). I was also sore for my entire college career, so I'm familiar with that as well lol
You don't feel the soreness was the result of the brutality of your gymnastic workouts and not your typical DOMS experienced by everyone and their mom when they start couch to 5k?

Loyalist is totes Lamenters. Blood Angels successor chapter who try to be good guys as much as possible. Also they end up getting their asses kicked a lot but remain loyal and decent. I'm a sucker for good guys and they do it better than most (other than Salamanders).
Heretic is Thousand Sons easy. Egyptian themed dudes who are physically dust inside of armor because MAGIC. World Eaters take second for being ALWAYS ANGRY ALL THE TIME.

I like swimming, but if you're going to do it on off days of running, focus on stroke and form. You want your off days of cardio to be, well, not cardio, so don't do like a 500 Free as fast as you can. I honestly did weight lifting on my off days, but it might be different based on your position.
