For example, you can't eat breakfast at breakfast time. You'd need to eat it at dinner (6pm or so), and dinner at breakfast (around 7am). Otherwise you can get physically ill doing night shifts over long periods of time. Considering 'breakfast' and 'dinner' are outdated concepts to begin with as far as typical food choices go, you should just 'eat' at various times of the day, and have those meals not comprised of awful shit. For example today for 'breakfast' I ate some chicken in a wrap with various toppings(cheese, spinach leaves, etc) and a handful of almonds on the side.

Hopefully you get rotated out of night shift. meanwhile scip is usually afk all evening and when i wake up in the morning he's been posting all night

You could try something of a polyphasic sleep schedule? The people who do 2 or 3-shift their whole working life though... On February 27 2014 15:28 Chrispy wrote: Amazing. And it wasn't even trying to sell me anything. Really funny adaptation :D

I generally have a longer nap though, something like 1.5hrs-2hrs at ~430pm. It just depends on how long I stay awake before I get home.
