Serral just lucky he was able to dodge clem and reynor

probably not as inaccurate as the clown face might lead to believe tbh

The final was kinda meh, but ZvP is kinda meh in general. Either it ends with a timing or it ends with a slow death animation.

Agree, Serral seem to be better vs Koreans than Clem for some reason (although Clem is really making strides) so any time he can dodge Clem and Reynor he has to feel good about his chances!

I'm the least satisfied I have ever been for a Serral victory even if It's nice that he won another tournament after a not so successful year. His ZvP is just too good at the moment; Stats leading Protoss to another victory before retiring would have been a good story but a non korean had to win this tournament after all. Also, after reading this thread and his absurd toxicity against Serral, I feel relieved that he won. I was rooting hard for Clem but Stats' PvT is arguably the best in the world at the moment. It would have been great to have Clem vs Serral in a Premier final, possibly with Clem getting his first international title; he's young tho, he will have other opportunities.

He's only ever lost 6 Bo3+ series to Korean protosses in LotV while winning 29 (83% win rate). and Rogue has a 100% bo7 career winrate in all matchups.

Isn’t that stat for offline play? Granted it seems unlikely that Rogue’s played many Bo7s online

And you accused me multiple times in the past of speaking of Serral out of context? Rogue's name just came out of the blue, the only possible connection is mentioning bo7. By the way, yesterday Rogue lost 2-4 to DRG and if I am counting correctly his career record is 20-8 in bo7; he is 7-0 in Premier finals and offline bo7 but he played 0 against Terran and 1 against Zerg. He barely played two matchups under such conditions... Ah, wasn't Serral supposed to be "slumping"?

I'd still say he's the overall strongest player though.
