It's also hilarious how any korean player can lose any amount of tournaments and still considered godlike/the best while when Reynor loses after dominating for months(now, it was the same for Serral in the past), he is overrated.

Clem's in trouble because of all of the Terrans. TvT is easily his weakest match up IMO. Clem should hope for some bracket luck and get Serral in the Ro8 so he can knock him out like he did at DH Master's. ![]()

Yeah, betting for Cure here will definitely improve your ranking with everyone still so close together. It's just 1 point though, gotta get dem playoffs bets right.

I don't know, I just don't think you can say for sure that anyone is the best right now. There are 4-6 contenders who are all very strong, and some of them probably have a stronger case than others for being #1 but it's not at all clear cut. With the lack of lan tournaments as well, it's hard to judge.

Your piece in the Brood War section in which you wrote that now that koreans might not win nobody cares about Sc2 exposes you entirely; you just don't see, you are blinded by your enormous korean bias.

Because Koreans play GSL and actually win top tournaments whole foreigners play the Sunday league and win HSCs... So it's completely understandable

Time is distorted when it comes to foreigners, Serral is still the best zerg in the world and is dominating starcraft at this very moment because he won Blizzcon 2018, Reynor is second best because he can beat him. Rogue and Dark are a thing of the past tho.

I thought we'd have one more Zerg in Reynor and I guess some people could argue that Trap had a decent chance against Maru, but TY, Innovation and Clem were ALWAYS going to advance with the groups they had. No way they didn't.

So it's completely understandable It's understandable when you doubt Heromarine whose achievement is to win countless ESL Open Cups and never advancing against korean opponents(almost). It's not when you doubt Serral and Reynor that often; time is distorted when you speak of GSL too, you guys still have in your eyes the super stacked Code S in 2015 when top players would fight to even enter the league. The best players can lose and will lose against very strong opponents, this doesn't make them any weaker.

I get the feeling he's been living in Serral's head for a while and that's probably a bad place to be for his tournament chances. If Rogue keeps playing like he has been, it's likely he goes out to whoever including Clem. But that's sortof meaningless since Rogue might also show up and 11-0 the bracket. If I had to place bets I'd say I'm feeling Innovation to win this.

I said koreans don't care because they never cared, this game was a stillbirth in 2010 when it comes to koreans and it is dead and buried now. Sure some great players SC2 players came out of Korea due to the BW legacy but they're pretty much getting paid because of non-korean fans. This game is so good and sucessful that Blizzard had to sue people into playing it.

It's crazy how BW elitists spend so much time shitting on sc2 scene, judging by "quality articles" like the elephant in the room or your pretty eloquent post history, mediocrity plays a role in it for sure.
