You don't think DRG could pull off better drone micro with lower ping? Sure Reynor is the better player but that game was all about execution cause he never saw the rush coming. If he's at a ping disadvantage it's gonna be hard. | ||

Maybe, but I don't think it was so much a micro problem as it was a tactics problem: he was targeting the spine crawler there. Maybe that is the right choice with perfect micro and you can get both the spine crawler and protect the drones/lings a bit, whereas with ping that is not doable? I dunno. Maybe just let the spinecrawler get further along and not take bad fights? I'm not a professional 12-pooler  | ||

Even if he had manually targeted hurt units and managed to kill 3 of them, reynor was already 5 supply up at that point and it would not have mattered at all. The game was already lost at that point. No idea if DRG could have done better with even ping, but the spine crawler targeting had absolutely no impact on the outcome. | ||
