Hope the next group will be better, wcs is like far more enjoyable lol No, no it isn't. As I said, with WCS you might as well have Serral and Reynor come out and flip a coin 7 times to decide the winner

Like, seriously, the one non-P who makes it through does so with playing low-eco low-tech crap every game for 3 series On the flip-side, we finally saw a proper cannon-immortal rush from a Korean pro.

If this would be an issue conceived by Blizzard we would have a blue post long time ago. It seems they don't care. In the mean time Protoss players and fans have a great party. (I don't blame Blizzard being silent, they shoot themselves in both feet with WCS and some other changes) Edit> nobody important no offense intended

It was great to see PartinG talking trash and backing it up again. If you're a fan of his style, that is. Love the idea of PartinG being back FOR REAL (tm). Most of the day was a train wreck, though. Dear seemed completely tilted throughout. The games other people named already were the highlights, for sure.

This is so bad... korean scene wont survive much longer if all GSL nights look like this..wtf is this??? What a terrible night.... Even NA masters/GM makes for better games... Uhh... not all GSL nights look like this? And PartinG was still entertaining to watch. And if what you want is defender advantage and comeback potential, maybe chill on SC2 for a bit and just watch Brood War. It's still a really fun game to watch, tournaments are going regularly, and... well, it's always been much less frustrating from a design perspective as a spectator, IMO.

Anyone else isn't important at all as they have exactly 0 influence on what's the state of the game as Blizzard and only Blizzard decides what's the balance, how to balance and what are the maps on the ladder.

Why do some people even watch this game? If your enjoyment depends on styles you think are the correct way to play a game always prospering, and the players you think are better always winning, and your own particular race always winning, well SC2 is not going to ever satisfy you is it? Parting’s looking in good shape, I don’t know how others perceive it, I thought his macro games in the Ro32 were his best games, same with this round where he did the MaxPax. If he’s looking better in longer games rather than his traditional bread and butter that makes him way more dangerous IMO. He had a lead, not a huge one without the cancel but he transitioned properly and looked better than Gumiho the rest of the game, who himself was playing rather well. I dunno I’ll have to go rewatch I just marathonned the stream there before posting here.

I'm surprised to see soO turns up with some real aggression. So used to him playing macro games everyday. It is great to see him mixing it up. Gotta to know how to use the full arsenal to win GSL. soO FTW.
