I noticed Fantasy chose SC2 OVER SC:BW!!!! How has he looked?? Is Mvp and Jangbi still in the military? Where's MarineKing.Prime, PartinG, Bomber and DongRaeGu? Serral and Neeb are on par with top Koreans but Special still has no tournament win to back his skill. Mvp is out of military, he streamed a while ago and said he only plays sc2 for fun. Fantasy, PartinG and DRG are back to play competitively but are still far from his top form, PartinG is probably the best among them now, managing to qualify for code S this year. Not sure about MKP, Bomber has a KR ladder account of about 5.6k mmr.

Reynor is pretty much on the same level, only slightly below Serral. He was too young so he missed too many tournaments to be at Blizzcon. Fantasy recently came back, he's quite decent atm but not quite there yet. Mvp was streaming a while ago, idk if he still does though. He didn't wanna go pro anymore, just for fun. Jangbi idk. MKP idk, Parting is still playing, Bomber idk, DRG is back playing since a week or so. See https://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/538285-afreecatv-sc2-bj-destruction-match-team-league

That's a good point. I'm trying to make sense of Maru's decisionmaking, if he almost always wins in practice matches when playing standard, his decisions this series are very bizarre. But maybe it simply wasn't rational. Maybe the pressure finally got to him, I know i'd be shitting my pants if I was up on that stage.

Ahh, I was so frustrated after that. It was the perfect story, so close to have a happy ending... And then comes sOs with his dirty protoss bullshit. ![]() At least now I know that nothing could be more disappointing than that for me

Where's MarineKing.Prime, PartinG, Bomber and DongRaeGu? 1) Yes Serral Neeb Special are same lvl as top tier koreans, possibly Reynor too but havent shown as much results. Showtime Elazer are mid tier korean (occasionally can touch top tier). 2) Not sure, he played in recent tournament but lost (to classic) but he qualified over innovation. 3) No and not sure. Mvp did some sc2 streaming after military but havent been seen since. 4) Retired, full time streamer/entertainer, retired, just game out of retirement.

Bogus Maru Life Mvp Zest soO sOs is where it's at for me atm I feel there should be a perpertual asterisk on Life, as the same with Savior. While he had a short tenure, Rain was pretty dominant while he played sc2

He could have just turned around - only way boosting straight for the mineral line would work there is if $O$ move command missclicks his Stalkers at least two times (not the first time Maru makes this particular mistake) Game 2) Why did Maru not send the Reaper across the map immediately? Game 3) Starting 2nd Depot when he starts his Cyclone and realizes he’s supply blocked - literally a bronze league mistake All in all disappointing performance by Maru - worst I’ve seem him play this year Sending the reaper across is the worst thing you can do, on lost and found you always build a cannon in your mineral line and then the zealot becomes way more annoying to deal with as you try and re set up your base. Plus, if you happen to lose your reaper, the stalkers from the high ground just win the game because of the lack of high ground vision. Maru did everything right in game 2 IMO, but it's basically a build order counter. Cannon rush never loses to proxy on that map, ever.
