Anyone? Yeah INnoVation is quite known for either being dominant or being crushed. Obviously he has losses in good form as well which were close, but he is no stranger to going out 0-3 in disappointing fashion. I thought from the games themselves Redshift > disappointing play by INno, slow reaction with his ebays, generally not very strong decisions (not picking up or focusing drones at the 3rd when he finally hit a drop) Lost & Found > I thought INno didn't play badly - only thing missing was the 4th and I would credit that to Serrals pressure and runbys. Thought that was just a well played game by Serral and he managed to edge out INno even with the "weaker" midgame hydra/ling bane + viper compared to "real" t3 ultras. Dreamctacher > A bit unlucky to run into roaches with a hellbat push, not badly played by INno but just really hard to do something with that against a high profile Zerg. After that an allin followup which I believe he didnt expect, which you need to be aware Serral has played more often recently.

Anyone? Do you even watch the SC2 competitive scene? Innovation lost 3-0 to ShowTime last week in an online tournament. Both played on the Korean server. Innovation also lost 3-0 to Solar easily at Home Story Cup. Innovation only beat Solar in the rematch 3-2 at Home Story Cup.

I think Serral has firmly seized the 'greatest peak foreigner' title at this point, and to be honest he has for me for quite a while. His peer dominance is far beyond what Stephano ever achieved and he's been similar against koreans.

This is the third time this year that he's shown up big on an international stage. Maybe he'll lose to Dark, maybe he'll lose to Maru in a stomp. But he's damn good and I hope people see that clearly. I didn't watch the game as I woke up to pee and decided to check the match, but were the games that one sided? I originally thought Serral would win and it'll be a close series, but team liquid convinced me otherwise. Then I thought Serral didn't have any top Terrans to practice against, but it looks like I was wrong about it.

Serral made INno look like a mid-tier foreign terran on the level of Kelazhur or HeRoMaRinE. Game 2 was the only one where INno did anything and even then Serral just dissected him. It was ugly.

I usually just see people questioning Serral's hype train just because there's been so little interaction between him and (top) Koreans. And pretty much everything seems to think he's really good?

I think the biggest problem on Lost and Found was Inno's tanks. The only time he had a good amount of them, he took the worst engagement he did all game. If you lose that many tanks I don't think 1 factory is playable.

Stephano was less versatile, used fewer strats and adapted less in series. That was why he never did good in GSL, they Korean just made builds that hard countered whatever strategy Stephano was using at time. I think a lot of players have tried to hard counter Serral, so far not going so well.

Also one of the goats of SC2 and unstoppable in form. Just not a top korean terran though, sorry. I'm not sure about the "unstoppable in form" - but he definitely seems a bit stronger than earlier in the year.

I am no one that likes dumb hype; Serral is consistent - he is showing great level even in his weaker ZvT. His ZvZ and ZvP are certainly amongst the best 5 Zergs in the world. ZvT you can argue that soO, Solar, Dark, Rogue might edge him out on form but he certainly is top 10 easily - not only in different match ups but overall.

He got seeded in one season then went 1-4 against Bogus and should've won the latter series....still salty about that Whirlwind game.. He also did well in SPL
