I agree with this, honestly. Outside of a couple nervous moments (build choice in g2, overextending g3) Serral played pretty well. It's just that Classic is on another level; and it's not just Serral who's in his shadow, either.

I want sc2 to look good on the big stage :/.
Rogue vs Maru will be good, and for the sake of a good finals lets hope Rogue advances. If anyone can give Classic a good fight right now, it would be the sexi boy with his sexi strats
You know what impresses me the most about Classic? He had really shaky PvZ not too long ago, and right now he's perhaps the best PvZ player in the world. It's a complete 180.
G3 couldve been anyones game, 1 was a freewin for classic cause he hid his build well and g2 serral just chose to do a bad build. Still Serral did well at this event. More prac, better results.

At the end of the day Classic just looked more prepped, more prepared and far cleaner than Serral today. Still, it's not too shameful. Classic legitimately brought his A-game, unlike Dark 'eh fuck it I guess I'll 12 pool you and you'll die'. I just want to see Serral get a little better at reading mind games and get stronger pocket builds than that garbage ling drop 2016 bullshit.

G2 wasn't a bad build as much as Classic just had a perfect defense. We've seen with Scarlett and sOs how easily a Protoss can lose to overlord drops.

Listen man, if you're playing the best player in the world and he just hit you with the sc2 equivalent of an ankle-breaking crossover, you're not gonna kill him with a fucking overlord drop.

should go to Korea
hasn't worked too well for scarlett
Yeah, she has only beaten the possibly greatest player of all time in the most prestigious tournament, no biggie.

Ro8 GSL and IEM Pyeongchang seem pretty good to me.
