Aside from some Korean upsets, I think I'd say all is right in the SC2 and once again proves why region locking is not beneficial. Just my opinion. your idea of region locking being flawed is foolish. It's not meant to increase the skill of foreigners, it's to give them a job, a livable income and a league to play in. Never mention region locking in a conversation like this again. You argue that but Koreans don't have a livable income. They have the small online tournaments, but that's about it. The only big tournament is GSL, and things like IEM when it isn't region locked. Also don't forget many players are teamless or are sponsored so they aren't earning a salary either.

What a amazing tournament. Great games, biggest names, drama and we didn't even reach Spodek yet. Best IEM city for sure. They should do it at least 2 times per year.

Not that I'm for the region lock, but the 3 GSLs provide more money than the 4 WCS events. The situation in both regions is the same that money is tight and players are often teamless and have to grind online cups. I'd make it so that foreigners like Scarlett have to choose if they wanna play in WCS or GSL though, playing both just seems unfair to me. But I guess Afreeca really wants foreigners in the GSL for the hype, so maybe that's not a good idea either.

You fail to mention events like gsl vs world, many online events like VSL, all global tournaments (like katowice), and most obviously SSL and GSL. Many more! like Homestory cups. lets see what else. OlimoLeagues? There's more I just can't think of all of them. How can you agrue Koreans have less big tournements when there are only 4 big WCS tournament which are region locked? lol.

However, I believe, the WCS and GSL points will not be added, so I am afraid, Scarlett might end up without BlizzCon again.
