I don't think he'd be able to get any drone. Maybe one? Dark can back all of his lings without losing ground. | ||

Adepts don't get killed instantly by lings and can shade on top of the drones (even if Dark pulls them away). Regardless, Trap wasn't getting anything done just faking the shade in the main over and over with all his adepts, so he should have tried something else | ||
