I haven't been following LotV, and only been hearing all this talk about how Neeb is. Has Neeb been competing in Code S, and how has he done there?

he didnt get through the qualifiers, lost 2 times to Hurricane who later knocked Scarlett out :D

it was interesting to see if he could still compete with "real" Koreans but I never really was a fan tbh

Oh okay. Seems a bit like an overstatement from Artosis to call him the best foreigner there has ever been then, if he hasn't even managed to qualify for the most competitive tournament.

but i personally find his playstyle interesting to watch even though people found it sloppy and simply un-pristine, and was wondering if anybody else did and missed his presence in blizzcon, etc

I'm pretty sure you can't call Neeb anything other than the best foreigner unless you want to go down the SC2 isn't competitive now everyone sucks route.

Neeb even failed to qualify for one of the WCS events, and had to go through the open bracket.

Zest also failed to qualify for the GSL Neeb lost to Hurricane in the qualifier for.

There is definitely an argument for that considering that out of the 4 WCS events, only 12 differents players got to the ro8.
