This time with more cheeses, ragequits and walkovers!
Following the consensus of the public, we decided to throw down another attempt at a tournament. This time, to minimize possibility of dodging and downtime, 3 steps have been taken:
a) full round robin between all the players, before playoffs (SSL format)
b) open sign ups for anyone who wants to try their hand!
c) deadline on every match
Who are we? What is this?
LRSL is an effort of live report thread commoners of the TL.net community to get together and play some games outside of meaningless customs, with streams, terrible commentary, BO wins, TOs avoiding paying out the money and all other parts of competitive Starcraft
This is an open RR league meant to run during everyone's summer break, no actual prize involved. Just bragging rights and maybe a win noted down in a liquipedia page.
FORMAT
We are following a modified SSL premier format:
Top 4 players are seeded into a SE bracket with 2 bo5s and a bo7 final, with seeds coresponding their league play placement.
Anybody can sign up this time, but I decided to cap participants at 16, because I'm lazy and won't schedule for more people.
There will be a maximum of 7 bo3 series to be played out between players each week (everybody playing 1 series a week), with a given deadline. If replays are not sent until then and neither player shows up at the deadline, a coin will be tossed instead to determine the winner.
I will try to cast all games on my twitch channel (twitch.tv/ejwoda). Maybe we will get actual real casters tho (Seeker plz <3).

ABAB vetos: each player vetoes a map until enough to play bo7 is played A picks the first, loser picks next from not vetoed). Player with lower MMR starts the vetoes.
Sacred Sands [LotV] hasn't been published to KR and America yet, but all maps will be available by the time the tournament starts
