I have a feeling for a long time, zerg players have to play significantly better to win a game. Terrans and Toss units are so strong in general and have so many dirty cheap abilities if the zerg plays just equally as good it's not gonna cut it. Yes, there are always Zerg wins in a player pool of 64 players, because the factor is simply one player being lot better than the other. But i'll eat my hat if we will ever see a Zerg GSL champion in LotV. Innovation is coming next, i think. For me this game is reaching its end cycle, but can't say im happy about it. Game1: Mech/Ravens/BCs!!! What more could you want?? Game2: Reaper drop, pushing the 3-rax Reaper meta!! Game3: Proxy Hatch!!!!! Game4: Mech into Thor drops! soO's questionable decision to try and bust the front cost him. Would've been great to be able to see Gumiho's endgame strat. Game5: One-sided, but very interesting theoretical opener from Gumiho. What was his intended plan? I wonder if we'll see developments on this build. Game6: Chaotic and tense, bringing a great series to a great end!! Game7: Pity it did not go to Game7 but great series nevertheless, worthy of a GSL final! | ||
