Yes, contrapositive statement is equivalent to original statement. Didn't expect anyone here to know what a contrapositive is tbh. Yay formal logic! But in this case the predictions are the converse to the results, not the contrapositive. Contrapositive would flip the player names as well as the scores, which would make the prediction exactly right, not exactly wrong. (Assuming that the negation of player = player's opponent, which I think is fair given that there are only two players) | ||
