Sad to see Scarlett not advance. Were her games any good? Her vs aLive was excellent in the first two games. Lots of back-and-forth. Third game she played well but was just slightly behind on macro and positioning and aLIve overwhelmed her. vs Myungsik was a train wreck. Even if you're a Scarlett fan I wouldn't recommend, | ||

There's also no real way to predict how they'll play tomorrow though. She knows Innovation a lot better than she knows aLive. But aLive did absolutely nothing crazy, or even slightly out of the ordinary. He played by reading straight out of the Terran Textbook, and beat Scarlett with slightly superior macro/micro/positioning. And INnoVation wrote the Terran Textbook. | ||

Code S is not the same tournament it was 2 years ago,the current level is way lower than it used to be.So I think that Scarlett is average compared to the average Korean player attending this tournament | ||

Classic was the best, ofc, and Myungsik was....not, but aLive and Scarlett both played quite well. Obviously, their games weren't INnoVation vs Dark level, but they were definitely worthy of Code S. It's only the Ro32. | ||
