Nope. Global trade and business is done in english worldwide and in the regional language. Any other language relevant to the field is just an asset (eg. japanese or chinese or german) It goes the same for international institutions, unless you are a high-end diplomat or executive that can make use of a translator. Many people don't speak english because they would not make any use of the language, working in their own country for a lifetime. (for my case, french people. You could not find one doctor or lawyer out of 100 that speak english. They simply don't need it). tl:dr Zest does not give a single fuck about english and he should not ^_^ | ||
