I guess you got your answer. Most people just like to bash their heads into a wall, repeatedly, and scream "imbalance" when it doesn't work. Kind of like my fellow terrans do against ultra tech zergs 
I'm fine with some units being very map dependant. I think it adds a fun layer of strategy to the game.

they are usually too expensive and you just straight up die to any timing if they are on CD, this game was already pretty close despite Elazer's huge lead

Elazer showing some sick strategies. Seems like a few colossi would be very effective against this. as would some void rays.

It's a very map-specific thing. You can abuse the natural on KSS but not on larger maps.

Man I would love to see Elazer play Zest or Stats, his ZvP looks so good, like Showtime is playing well, but Elazer looks unstoppable.
