Do Snute and Nerchio not get along ? For Snute to say these things on social media, it must be pretty serious. I know Nerchio has a history of being kind of BM but I don't know anything specific towards Snute

he said he enjoyed eliminating Nerchio from several tournamets in his Copa interview

Man, brackets could have been better, I hope Neeb can step up his PvZ against Dark and hopefully we get a sick Shotime/Neeb vs TY or Byun final.

But he doesn't find Dark scary, so let's ignore all of his recent PvZ results. Dark is like 80% to take that series. I am probably gonna bet money on it when the bookmakers opens the line because I expect they will only give Dark like a 60-40 edge.
Not a bad call. I'm not sure how they actually calculate odds tbh but they gave Neeb a high chance of winning the whole thing

I think Snute has been quite clear in the past he isn't a masive fan of Nerchio at least.

im pretty sure snute had nerchio blocked on battlenet for quite a while

Looks like we will get the exKT vs exSKT final we all wanted anyway

Yep that's exactly why and bookmakers genrally don't look into matchup advantages/disadvantages.

Then I watched some proleague ZvP and the level was so horrible (wasn't top tier koreans but still decent, like Classic or Stats?) that I wondered if it was matchfixed or if they really became as bad as that. I have my answer now :x. Aligulac stats are just a bonus, kind of like for ByuN. I dunno what games you saw but most proleague games are simpler. They stick to the current meta like butter on bread. I just don't believe that after Dark conquered Korea as far as Starleagues go, that Nerchio can be considered better by merely drawing with the top of europe (and losing to most Koreans). I can see a 3:0 for Dark happening. If Neeb can't beat True or Scarlett or Snute, and almost lost to Pet. I have little faith in him taking out Dark (who currently beats litterally every Korean protoss).
I think that although Dark is favoured, his ZvP is his worst matchup. If you look through his match history, he is rather inconsistent in his PvZ. He has a 53% winrate.
Neeb has a 63% winrate in PvZ, and though a number of these were against foreigners, it's not like everyone Dark won against was playing at a super high level.
As for Scarlett and Pet, Neeb trained with them, and so they knew his play style very well. It's like when Zest lost 3-0 against TY but won a combined 4-1 against Byun. It's not that Zest suddenly got worse but that TY knew his play style and how to counter him.
For TRUE and Snute, it is true that Neeb did lose against them. However, Neeb has played many tight series with TRUE.
So, yes, Neeb has not played as well against Zerg recently, but he might step it up, and of course, Scarlett and Pet were practice partners with him.
I think that of the two top Zerg players, Dark and Solar, Neeb had the best chance against Dark just because Dark doesn't know Neeb's play style.

Artur?! No! You were supposed to humble Dark, but got humbled instead

Fuckkkk the bracket :////

Nerchio was like 80% in matches against Elazer ^^.
Yes what's your point?
That we don't use previous results and just imagine future outcomes based on what we would like to see?
Have you considered signing up to a bookie and placing money based on whether players say they are scared of other players?
I am sure you would quite quickly find alot of good betting opportunies. So nice way for a good profit if your methdology works.

Whoop, misread aligulac. But hey, he might make it close.

The fact that this method doesn't work for every match doesn't mean it won't work for this match haha. It's so funny how everytime you bring money up as if it'll validate your point XD.

Sure then open an account on the bookmaker and bet based on confidence. Why not say yes to free money?
You don't like free money?
Or you are too afraid to place money where your mouth is?
