I thought it was standard procedure for most Korean tournaments. KeSPA certainly never released replays during their BW days, aside from WCG. GSL for the longest time kept a tight grip on its replays, only maybe occasionally giving a few out to people like Day[9]. Seems like WCS rules forced participating Korean leagues to eventually release their replays like every other WCS league, but those would be delayed if possible. | ||
