Maru 3:2 Stats Neeb 3:1 Pet Zest 3:2 TY Trap 3:2 Patience Neeb 3:2 Maru Zest 3:2 Trap Neeb 4:3 Zest Though, when matches are close, aligulac always predicts 2:1/3:2/4:3 match scores. Of course, I know that it doesn't look at how Koreans generally play better, but it should be interesting in what happens. Personally, I think: Stats vs Maru Maru looked similarly unconvincing in his PvT series against Patience, and so I don't really expect him to do all that well against Stats, who, despite not playing PvT, looked fairly strong in his matches. Neeb vs Pet This is tough, because both generally bopped their respective opponents, however, Neeb dominated his matches, whereas herO wasn't totally dominated. Also, both herO and Rogue were not playing very well, but I think I would expect Neeb to win just because he has a lot of experience against Zergs and especially Korean Zergs in particular. He has Solar to practice with after all. TY vs Zest Like some others have mentioned, team kills are rarely straight up games, and this one should be interesting because Zest doesn't seem to be in his unbeatable mode currently, and TY is looking quite strong in having come in first in his group. However, TY did not play any TvP in his matchup, whereas Zest played and won both PvT matches. Trap vs Patience This is the one I'm least sure of. Trap didn't look very convincing against Patience, but Patience's games against Maru were not very convincing at all. Again, two different matchups for Patience, but I've not really regarded him as a player of the highest caliber. He's achieved high results, but his games have sometimes looked sloppy. But for Trap, he just lost 2-0 against Stats, and his PvP didn't look outstanding. If Stats wins and Neeb wins, I think Stats probably has the advantage, but Neeb's PvP also looked very solid, so I expect him (if he wins) to at least put up a good fight. And for Zest, I don't know if I would favour him in PvP against Patience/Trap (assuming Zest makes it out), but I would hope for Zest to win for the potential rematch against Neeb. If Trap wins against Zest, I don't see him losing to Trap/Patience, and I don't see him losing against Neeb either. Stats, I'm not sure about, as TY may or may not lose to him. I would give Maru a low chance of winning Kespa Cup because his TvP has not looked very good, and he'll likely have to play against a number of other Protoss in the matchup.

Also, if Neeb wants to win, he should refrain from going carriers.

It would be so hype to see him in the semifinals. I'm getting flashbacks to Jinro's incredible runs to his GSL semifinals. I think Neeb has a good shot at it!
