I don't think you want to engage before the attack upgrade finishes. He should've been posturing closer to make Showtime more reluctant to attack the base.
Neeb's hidden expo positioning was pretty sweet. I think that's the type of hidden expo he doesn't totally mind getting scouted (unlike most hidden expos which are forfeit once scouting), since he can keep applying pressure on the opponent's third from there. It's like how he takes the gold as fourth on galactic process.

you didn't? showtime lost a bunch of units before the fight started, was down an upgrade, worse positioning (his units to the southeast took a lot of time to join the fight) and some of his army was force fielded and the archons werent breaking it.
I'm not claiming to be an expert and i don't even play P or watch that many PvP but this fight was extremely one-sided

he only barely saw it so I don't think showtime assumed neeb was prepared. My guess is that the hidden base tricked him into thinking neeb is allin what made him use all his units to defend.
