And its misapplied by Artosis here. When you are 50 army supply ahead you have a guaranteed win as long as you are protected against a base trade scenario (lots of turrets).

It's like trading a 99% win to a 90% win scenario.

I watched a lot of Ty's recent games, and its his biggest flaw atm. It seems to me he is less interested in actually winning and more intereted in becoming Artosis favourite player.

Meh, Dream just sat there sieged, when the proper move is to have some of your tanks in medivacs, because otherwise exactly what happened happens. Tanks in medivacs > sieged tanks.
