I don't think that is actually possible. 13:00 is usually when he would max after going super fast 3cc

my favorite Bomber build was 3OC BFH into bio, it was a BO win vs everything that wasn't a roach opening

I don't think you can max on 9:00 with bio. The earliest roach maxes were slower and those are easier to do.
