Nah if someone who's already qualified get 1st place, they get the prize money for 1st but the next non-qualified player gets the spot.
So there's still 2 spots available.
In the EU qualifier that means only 2 non-qualified players have to get knocked out for the other 2 to get the spots regardless of their result.

That's why it will be done the other way around next time i think : top 16 qualifier then the normal qualifiers.

Late to the party on this but when I did it, the neural parasite wasn't canceled after the disruptor shot was fired. Scarlett was saying it doesn't kill the other disruptors if you cancel the neural before the nova [goes off].

So you can still control the charge after neural is cancelled but it doesn't do damage to the disruptors? That seems odd.

On a related note to the whole being able to control a charge after the neural parasite is canceled, the charge shot is the same as the adept shade logic seen here:
