EDIT: Also in the neural situation shouldn't it be considered the Zerg player's disruptor if its neuraled? Even if the intention is to not allow a protoss player to hit their own disruptors its not their disruptor in that present moment

This is such a weird situation. The key here is to win, but win quickly, so it might be a better idea just to cheese every game.
I think Blizz needed to fix the ladders so only the top 50 can play each other starting the a day or two before the decision.

Yeah, but as Scarlett said, she cancelled the neural before the nova went off so the disruptor reverted to Protoss control.

I don't think so. It wasn't in the rules anywhere. Also I'm not sure why you consider that unfair.
