But when he goes to sleeep at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, one day before an important match, if I were the Jin Air coach, I would not like that ... | ||

When I switch the day with night, it takes quite a few days to get it back into normal. It is like a jet lag. In fact, I am living Los Angeles time in Central Europe ... | ||
