Ya I said this earlier in the thread. The highest ranked Terran on NA ladder right now is HTOMario. Not exactly high level practice.

hahahahaha

losing against the weakest line up france could field is a feat

Yup, this country sucks.

Don't worry NA bro, I'm from the USA. We have over 300 million people, and no one good at SC2

Every NA pro is hyping up Neeb as the next NA hope, so don't fret too much. puCK is pretty good too.

We've been hyping up US players since 2011. Sadly the best we've ever had (if you count Huk as Canadian) was Idra. Liquid Sheth was pretty good, but I don't foresee another US player rising soon.

A US team wouldn't be able to make it to the group stages

The US went to the ace match vs Ukraine in the qualifiers. If we had Neeb instead of Memethanias we probably would've been able to take it.

hahahahaha that's awesome

Okay, let's be fair, it's like 90% Marinelord making top 4. Stephano has yet to do shit and Lilbow has barely helped.

yea that's why i say the weakest line up, we have one retired player, and with the two player we have one is in a slump and one is top tier

adding ptitdrogo or firecake only would have been already way better, and yet that's a top 4 :D

Canada is one semi/mostly retired player in Scarlett, one okay player in Huk and Desrow is... well Desrow so it was as close as it could be on our end

it evens out

I still feel as if Marinelord is not getting enough credit from everyone.
Lilbow won yes but I am pretty sure Mlord would have beaten Huk in the rematch so Lilbow's games were meaningless imo...

I think a team with neeb, puck, state or intense could make it to the playoffs with favorable brackets.

Neeb looks like he's playing better currently than State from what I've seen of their streams. Neeb plays really clean and smart; I totally understand why everyone thinks he's so good.

We also have to take into consideration that Scarlett's seems to be in Toronto right now and may have not been playing on her own equipment, could explain why she'd make a bad mechanical error

The best US player since IdrA was Goswser. Top 8 Iron Squid, top 8 ASUS ROG, top 4 DreamHack in 2013.

Poor State...I was so pumped to see him join Prime. Then Prime happened. I hope the matchfixing incident didn't impact him negatively (I know he wasn't involved, but it can be demotivating to be in such a team environment).

With ladder the way it is right now I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't get much good practice vs Terran

The best US player since IdrA was Goswser. Top 8 Iron Squid, top 8 ASUS ROG, top 4 DreamHack in 2013.

Wasn't he massively carried by zerg?

Well no, most of his good runs were on HotS, only Iron Squid was on WoL. This guy was so crazy with his 4 hatches before pool or his bizarre proxy hatch build with a queen to spread his creep on Cloud Kingdom. Such a fun player to watch.

I still feel as if Marinelord is not getting enough credit from everyone.
Lilbow won yes but I am pretty sure Mlord would have beaten Huk in the rematch so Lilbow's games were meaningless imo...

Scarlett was the big danger for France

According to PtitDrogo Lerilak is free win for PvT he beat him a dozen times with different 2base adept builds.

Yeah but HuK isn't PtitDrogo

Alright, if there's one silver lining in this loss, it's that at least Scarlett fucking obliterated Lilbow. That's always a pleasure to see. Marinelord is a good player, not a ton of shame in losing to him.
