It always has been. Yes some player/casters are better at observing but when some are bad it really just completely ruins the watching experience. Could prob take like 1/200th of what they spend on booze to get a decent observer in there for the weekend.
And if they cut a bit more they could hire some proper casters too or even better if they do it online they would save so much money to hire some professionals and we can have another bland tournament!
