It's a flying siege tank. A flying siege tank. That also shoots air so Terran, aside of mine/viking/thor, also gets a hard counter to mutalisks.
I really hate the liberator design and it's probably the only reason I haven't bought LotV yet.

zest should've just practiced LotV instead of HotS, woulda done as well
