Game 1, SOS knew Life was going to do 3 hatch before pool, because he plays greedy a lot, so he did a build designed to murder it. The next time Life tried to play macro, he played safe, but ran into a unique map specific tempest build, and Life made a wrong decision in dealing with it (going corrupter). That last game, SOS actually expected a 3 hatch before pool again, which is why he went for a cannon rush. That map is extremely strong for zerg against protoss. It just so happens that Life did a cheese designed to kill the build SOS did in game 1 (the 11 gate into zealot into cannon rush), because Life predicted that SOS would guess a 3 hatch before pool. There was some crazy next level thinking going on. | ||
