Still - eliminated from Code S by herO and Classic (I'll partially excuse this by jetlag, but he lost the games), dropped a game to Curious and lost the finals to Solar at Dreamhack (which used the map pool of Blizzcon).

if Blizzcon were a regular weekend tournament sOs would win it easily but since there is so much time between matches he might be at a disadvantage
funnily enough sOs is weak on preparation haha

OK, the loss to herO and Classic, you are right ... so let's say the re-birth came a week later :-)
The game against Solar was extremely weird for me, so I just do not consider it a real game. He definitely lost to Innovation in Proleague final, where he definitely wanted to win. Even when he has beaten Innovation easily at the MSI MGA. The match with Solar ... he was complaining before the match that he is unwell, he was doing several missclicks during that game, warping in the wrong units ... he ran to the toilet between the games ... it seemed to me either he chose PartinG or he has been food poisoned before that match ...

I think that the fact that this is so contentious and passionately fought goes to show that my "it'll probably be close either way" thought is somewhere close to true.

Life not getting to the big stage :-( They don't have space in their schedule for 8 bo5s, and Blizzard are probably afraid to play off-stage matches like they did in 2013 because we went at them pretty hard after the tournament. This is the only way all 16 players are ensured main stream focus. Yes :-( Because they need to fit there all the Heroes of the storm games to strengthen it's position against LOL ... :-( Because they care about WoW, HotS and Hearthstone as well. Starcraft II already receives attention that far outmatches that of the other games, expecting them to push out tournaments for their other games completely is pretty shitty. You probably know how you would feel if the situation were reversed. Wait, why are people trying to sigbet me? I think Life is probably favoured, but I think it's plausible that Lilbow wins too. It wouldn't surprise me, like some other results would. Lilbow wins. The recent form of Life is very poor. I think that the fact that this is so contentious and passionately fought goes to show that my "it'll probably be close either way" thought is somewhere close to true. Right. In fact, both can win, I even do not care, who of them, as long as sOs becomes the champion :-) But seriously, I believe, Lilbow CAN beat Life, not because he is so good, but because Life somehow stopped playing good Starcraft. As well as I can imagine, Maru loses with Rogue, as it is a team kill, Maru has wrist problems and he is the anti-protoss master and definitely not Mech master ...
