Even in relatively conservative countries like Japan/Korea/China which are more formal in dress, casual looks are common with blazers/jackets and even suits. Granted I think its slightly questionable in general, but I've definitely seen some people look really good with a suit and a nice pair of sneakers which match the colors of the jacket/pants. | ||
