Thus "hipster beard" basically means that the guy with the beard is - or wants to be, more precisely - a guy living in an urban environment, liking non-mainstream music, wanting to be laid-back and cool and live his life freely, and most often on the left side of the political spectrum. Hipster beard is differenciated from other beards, like homeless beard, old man beard, beards associated with religious and/or cultural groups, wizard beard, etc. | ||
