I'm watching the WCS Points thingy. For Lilbow's sake (and foreigners' hope), it would be good if Hurricane got through, and it would be best if Rogue failed here. GuMi and soO are both at the same amount of point, right behind the Frenchman... :-/
Things look dire, but if Lilbow can make top2 (or at least top4) in WCS again, and get some nice DreamHack points, he still has a (small) shot. But Rogue not getting through today would mean no more points for him, so Lilbow could potentially overtake him !

damn i just realized rogue has made 4 round of 8's in korean leagues this year, the only one that he didn't make was when he flew back from europe and got 3-0'd by Hurricane, interestingly.

Maybe. Gumiho was positioned between SoO´s bases which usually means death.

The standard hellbat timings are quite holdable with what rogue did. Bunch of queens+spine+zerglings can at least delay until mutas come in and clean up. But 10+hellbats and 10+marines is quite a non-standard thing. Better scouting I guess...

Gumiho played two of the best zergs ever and made them both derp twice for a grand total of 4:0. There is really nothing to see here with respect to balance of anything and I hope people will honor this fact in their assesment.

To be honest, he didn't really deserve it.
Except his kespa cup win he has done nothing the entire year.
Of course he did well in proleague but for blizzcon only individual tournaments count and there he disappointed entirely. Not a single playoff appearence in gsl/ssl (i don't know if he even made ro16 once) is just not enough.
Even at IEM gamescom he beat mostly foreigners.

No its only balanced when there's a response that can go toe to toe with it reasonably that doesn't rely on the opponent getting hit with the stupid gun. Most of the ZvMech losses on the mech side are from proleague where as a lot of the wins are in individual leagues.
Broodlord infestor got beaten a bit too, but it was imbalanced because there was nothing that could go toe to toe with it nearly as effectively as from the zerg end.
