I never understood that bunker placement in the choke. I mean it's obvious for the first bunker to wall off and stop runbys/stalkers. But wouldn't it be way more useful to place the bunkers a little more behind to force the P to stand in the choke to attack the bunkers? Then the T has an better arc and workers can come to repair even faster..

Lots of Zergs have lost to mech recently, leading to a lot of talks about mech being imba as soon as you have 4 bases and can get get tank/bc/viking/thor

Nearly all of the Korean players in SSL/GSL are using mech vs Zerg. (Flash, Bbyong, Inno to name a few). A lot of people are bitching about it because Life keeps losing to it.

It is a fairly new trend and successful at it too. Works well against Zerg at the moment but is not unbeatable. Games tend to be longer: late or late late game which is fine with me as I like the hypnotic quality of it.
Does not mean that it is unbeatable or that it is going to stay. Maps are a part of it though. I like it.

I don't know. I just feel that first attack from major was fine. It was cost effective. But attacking right after was like playing the remax game vs a zerg....with mech.

you don't have to have every unit hit by fungal to lose the game in one moment. If like 5 tempests and a few templars get caught by fungal, you're pretty much dead.
I also think that one ff deciding games is stupid both in favor of protoss and against protoss, if you miss the one ff in defense.
