It's the usual Protoss problem - you warp in a Zealot and press the hold key to early(you think it's warped in and it isn't). Therefore the Zealot isn't on hold and then this happens.

Yeah it's bad. If KT could find just one player to actually play decent and get a win besides Zest, then the team would still do good because Zest found his level of being the best again and has good chances at winning any ace match. But nope, Life/Stats/Flash and occansionally TY are all working on ending the round with a 13% win rate
