There you go... its a cultural problem. Different cultures, different rules. SC2 developed its own set of rules about what is polite and what not, but its not written in stone.
Personally I think its ok, its just a short acknowledgement of the opponent and that s it.
Nothing to offensive in my eyes.

I hate his style since the first time I saw him play. I find that way of Protoss absolutely obnoxious.
I agree he's good, but he's really really really not the kind of player I enjoy seeing succeed.

no i have never seen a sport where this is done.
there are some sports where you meet for example in the middle, or at the exit of the playing field, ans shake hands
but not that winner runs over into the booth of the loser, tips him on the back and says : hey lets shake hands.
thats just stupid.
