i don't understand how testing changes in LoTV is relevant to introducing a change in HoTS :/

It's funny, my Terran clanmates and practice partners all seem to struggle versus zerg mostly atm. While TvP is very doable.

Why do they need feedback to determine if it's a good idea to introduce ranked play in LotV? Shouldn't that always be a good thing?
