There's like 6 players in Taiwan worth a damn and its always Sen and Has vs 2 of the other 4. I expect Ian to beat one of Sen or Has eventually but I don't imagine premier will ever be without the master of evil or Sen
EDIT: Its pretty much the same as the latin america qualifers. No one is quite on the level of major or kelazhur so they'll pretty much make it every time
