I think the fact there are many anime fans on TL and in general in the social circles that are likely to be interested in games like SC2 makes you think that it is a "big" thing, but I would not be that sure, all these things are pretty niche. I have never really seen any anime - sometimes I watched with someone a part of something, did not understand what's going on and it never had any appeal - and that holds for this kind of culture in general. For example the first time I really heard about this pokemon thing was TL, that made me read something about it online and find out that anything related to it is really absurd etc. | ||
