if you were able to make banners like this now, why weren't you able to do it before, would have surely made me save myself the effort. :/
making LR gfx is super easy otherwise I'd have never done it at all.

I've never had any training in photoshop, so I'm still figuring it all out. I actually didn't even know how useful the magnetic lasso tool was until i made this banner 
i still think yours is really good, very clean. i'm curious as to how you did the white part's edges, it looks good.

nor do I, I picked up PS about 4 years ago because I didn't want to bother other TLers to make banners for my LR threads.
