Yeah, seems so. So Bomber, Zest, MC and Life? I imagine something similar. I'll be surprised if foreign invites actually go to non Koreans I wonder if they find enough people (4 that is) that even are willing to go to Korea for 4 months. I could imagine a few chinese/taiwanese players would do it, but else? Reminds me of GSL earlier, they tried to get more foreign players too and had that player house, which worked for a while. Well it would be less than 4 months if the players lose immediately I guess. But else, going home after every round sounds a little expensive. Scarlett and State probably would. Hell any foreigner who's talked about going to Korea for a few months of training (I believe Snute mentioned it) would probably line it up appropriately if offered. I'm not exactly sure who would go on the EU side though EDIT: Also something about the possibility of Jim/MacSed/Has being in a premier league really excites me
The real difficulty for NA / EU is that WCS is now fully offline from the Ro. 32 onwards. Going to get expensive if they want to challenge in both.

In 2014 there was a rule that points are awarded only for players who advance at least one round so I imagine that invited players who will not do any progress in the tournament will not get any points. Is it how it will work in 2015?

Some players from iG want to go to Korea too.

He was there, on a decent team, and seemed to have no noticeable improvement and I don't remember him winning anything at all. I don't think that's what's best for him.

Foreigners should play qualifiers if they want to participate, the koreans need more regular tournaments, so don't want to see a spot wasted by inviting a foreigner who gets destroyed in Ro32 anyways

Pretty sure State still is in Korea, living in the Axiom house?

Start Date: 2014-12-11 Liquipedia says 2014-12-18. Who is right ? The Korean OP or liquipedia's gods ?

Wait, I thought he left after leaving Prime. My mistake I guess then.

One of the invites must be scarlett, it makes perfact sense: she was hinting about an upcoming tournament, she was already planning to go to korea in 2015, it all fits!

Great news, even if the qualifier rules are a bit complicated but I like the idea of having a small chance to cheer for foreigners in Korea like the good old times of Naniwa or Jinro.
Regarding the prize pool, it seems to me that there is a small drop in cash. Last year GSL was $167,6k (for Code A+S), this year SSL+GSL = $158k. Do the $90k announced for GSL takes the Code A into account? I know there is still 3 Kespa cups to be announced, but I doubt they will have a $78k prize pool each like the one of this year. Do we know if there will be a GSL championship or a Hot6 cup in 2015 (or are more details to be annouced int he near future)?

According to this the invites are Life, Zest (most WCS points Asia), Bomber (most WCS points AM) and MC (most WCS points EU).

Will this be broadcasted in English? If so, who are the casters?

Oh boy, hype hype hype. Can't wait to see the best Koreans competing with the likes of Idra, Huk and Jinro again.

And presumably, the regional qualifiers will start in Season 2, since God knows there isn't enough time to arrange that now.
