Kingston has a white collar mob bunch, so they're the main organized crime group around here.
Kingston isn't a major city, so it doesn't have a major crime scene I guess.

But yeah, most of the places in Ontario are either English or Native in etymology. It's because of the fact that a lot of royalists during the American Revolution came here and settled down.
