I think that Dark have placed that hatchery way too quickly. Maybe he could've waited for pylon or two and then placing it close, I don't really know.

Is it impossible to hold nexus first vs 14/14 on that map?

You have to manage to create a wall which can be defended by nexus cannon(hint, the huge ramp is way too far). If you do not block ramp to main, too many minerals too quick, IMO.
