If I drank and knew people from TL I would totally organize something. quick everyone fly into ottawa, we'll throw a party barcraft at the canadian tire center Nobody fall for this, it's probably -30 in Ottawa. actually it's still roadwork in Ottawa. it will be winter soon, but not yet. for now it is still roadwork season.

I'm pretty far in the rankings because I missed the first votings, but I definitely voted soO ! The silver surfer shall get his crown at last !

Be funny if SoO loses this and goes to KT in the 2015/16 season.

This finals is going to be absolutely terrible. You think I'm joking, but I'm not. Even if the games are the best ever - which they probably won't be. If Innovation wins, soO will officially become the single most unfortunate human being to have ever stepped foot into a GSL booth. But that's not all. The next morning, SoO wakes up, brushes his teeth, goes out to get some breakfast and hey, there's Classic and Innovation sitting at the breakfast table talking about how good it feels to win a GSL! The teamhouse will be unbearable. What are soO's options? Hope that his astronomical skill can carry him to a fifth consecutive finals? Yeah, right. Given he's already started talking about going overseas, soO will probably join a shitty foreign team, get knocked out of WCS EU, and come crawling back as damaged goods -- Dear-style. But hey, at least Dear won a GSL...
Things look pretty bleak if Innovation wins, but what happens if soO wins? The games are even worse (few things look as disgusting as Innovation getting rolled), but that's par for the course. Well, there hasn't been a Terran GSL Code S champion since MVP two and a half years ago! No Terrans have won GSL Code S in two and a half years. The only other Terrans who have even had a shot? MVP, who did win two and a half years ago. Innovation, who is here trying again. Even if we count Maru's OSL victory against Rain, that's 2 Terran champions in two and a half years, compared to 4 Protoss and 5 Zerg! Just when you thought Terrans were done balance whining, round 2 is just around the corner. Well, that's bad enough for us, but what about Innovation himself? Although Rain and Parting's wishes to play overseas may be genuine, it's hard to imagine SKT did everything possible to keep these players around. (Hint: more, not less, paycheck) With Fantasy and Soulkey gone as well, the pressure's never been higher on Innovation to perform by dominating everything and everyone, everywhere. But judging by his games against DRG and Cure, Innovation isn't poised to dominate. He's poised to squeeze through the finish line or to choke again. And if he loses now, that's going to put him in a terrible mindset for Proleague S2. Which is the only thing SKT and their picky, picky dollars seem to care about. Oh well, SKT can always try Gumiho next. I hear he's on sale.

I read all your arguments below, and I disagree. We have two fantastic players in the finals, one will lose and then ? It won't break soO down (he would have already broken down after his loss to Classic if he was to ever break down) and whining about Terran's draught in GSL code S right now where T is really in a fine place, probably even the strongest race of the moment, would be "let's vote for Steppes of War" level of moronic. If the games are terrible, the finals will be terrible, otherwise it's going to be a great clash between two men who haven't yet been crowned champions and both deserve it. Of course it'll be disheartening for the loser, but both of them have shown enough fortitude for us to be confident whoever is the loser will overcome this loss.

Yet we both know these things do, have, and will happen.

You're making my argument for me. People voted for Steppes of War. People will whine if Innovation doesn't win. It might be dumb, and it might make this finals one to regret for months to come, but people will do it.
