Aligulac is not able to evaluate Kespa players correctly due to them not playing international tournaments too much and therefore only playing inbetween themselves, which is tanking their real ratings...
Basically, Aligulac bad at ranking Kespa players. Which is not something weird due to how the math works, only way to help them is basically give mandatory +100 rating to all Kespa players or something xD
