I read the LR threads and all I see is people hating on Kespa and cheering against Kespa players, but I don't actually see much people seriously saying Kespa players are plain better (aside a few trolls of course). you missed the times right before and during their switch to SC2 lol You don't even need to go that far. Just two days ago.

A lot of people are of the opinion that KeSPA players belong to some kind of master race (that, strangely, can adopt players but not vice versa - JD is still a KeSPA player when he wins but Parting is also one) that sit above all others. There aren't as many people in that group as there used to be in LR threads, but I promise you that whenever KeSPA is successful (or has majority in whatever tournament), someone will let you know that KeSPA won.

About an year or more so ago, a lot of people were shitting on the pre-Kespa transfers. Called ESF players second-rate. Said Maru got lucky to get past the ro32 in OSL. Called Bomber a third-rate Terran compared to Flash/Inno (Tastosis did this). Just this year, they said something along the lines of Polt couldn't beat top Korean Kespa Toss, etc.

To much to tell but from liquipedia: Over time KeSPA has stirred up controversy among fans, players, and coaches over its practice in its judgment on rules. The most controversial type of disqualifications have been over sending chat messages; some of the notable players who have been disqualified are Leta and GoRush. Many people on the Internet have displayed their discontent regarding these disciplinary actions against the players. KeSPA hasn't been that bad in SC2 at all, though. They've made a few stupid decisions, obviously, but all in all I think they've been a positive force on the scene. Oh I agree but I'm sure the stuff from the past still influences peoples opinions about them.

That might explain the hate on Kespa but not on the Kespa players themselves.
Anyway thanks for the explanation guys, I think I kinda get it now. People want Kespa players to go down because of what Kespa fans said/say. I finnaly checked out that elephant article.

You need to explain your sig to me. All I know about avilo is that he played the most stupidly long series ever in a qualifiers, losing against that guy who lost to Protosscarlett and then immediately collapsed of exhaustion in the next series.

Just two days ago. I love how people like drg are now a part of the elephant because they've been absorbed by kespa. Somewhere along the way it stopped being that the current sc2 progamers (at the time) were shit in comparison and it became that kespa would just stomp everyone into the ground, and then following that it became anyone at all with a bw background was obviously better. This shit is hilarious.

Kespa players are better and Flash is/will be the bonjwa. He already defeated many non kespa boys. Also Zest, Rain, Inno, etc. they all proved the elephant theory was correct

I just don't get the dissonance where people say Korea is the strongest region but KesPA players aren't any better than non-KesPA players.
