Too bad I don't really know who I'd like to win, makes it more fun to watch when you're cheering for one player. Cheer for Trap, because that would be better for Scarlett. She does get bonus points for being a frequent visitor to these threads though, so I guess there's that. Would be sweet with a foreigner having a deep run, dont you think? Not a popular opinion but I find foreigners' inability to win a premier tournament for so long pretty amusing and it worries me when someone gets close, then I feel vindicated in the end. If MC isn't playing I don't really care who wins. That's very evil! I would like to see foreigners to make a championship run for a change, especially ones that are playing at levels worthy of it. ie: Scarlett.

I love basetrades, for some reason they cause irrational hatred in Protoss players.

and the winner of this Plays then for like 4 rounds People like paetreus, Illusion, hendralsik, miniraser ,... only then after 4-5 rounds meet again big Players. They wanted a NA centric tournament and I have been told that this is what the silent majority in the community wants. Im surprised it has taken this long for someone to region lock considering how horrible Korean domination is for the game. I'm pretty sure they want anything but an exclusively Korean top 8. I would love to present stream numbers showing evidence for why Korean dominance is detrimental to popular Starcraft 2 but sadly I don't have any access whatsoever to such figures. I am however absolutely certain a mix between foreigner and Korean player base would yield a much higher viewer base than an exclusively Korean top8. Why do you think having Korean top 8s are bad? Top 8 is supposed to be the best players and if Koreans are the best players, then so be it. I'm not sure what you are basing that Koreans hurt eSports when Koreans are at the foerfront of bringing eSports to the masses :/

If Stardust beats TLO, he is granteed top 2 in his group, because DRG and violet still have to face each other. Yey!

Oh I didn't see, there is a Oz-HerO in the loser bracket. HerO is dead I guess...

i understand, and i dont want a korean top 8 also.
i have nothing against good Players like, Scarlett, Major, TLO, competing with koreans, cause the gap is not that big.
but it also hurts to see People competing who are out of their depths ..
like for example Illusion vs ragnarok

Ive been following alot starcraft 2 competitive cups since 2011 and i kinda struggle to understand how mlg is organised streamwise.
